I think I was doing aerobic exercises before I learned to walk ! I begin each day with one hour of aerobic exercise , followed by a half-hour of strength training . On the weekend , I like to spend a whole day out on my bike — just for fun ! I like the feeling of competing against myself . I know if I win or lose , it depends on how well I do . 2 How important is it for a young athlete to come from a family that is very involved in sports ?
