120 My Way, Teacher's Guide Talk and Say : Magnifying Glass Ask : “Let’s guess ! What is it ? ” ● Call on a student to name the picture . ● Scaffolding options : ○ Give a one - word answer . ( Example : I go on green . ) ■ Click on the right arrow to hear the answer . ● Have students repeat what they hear chorally . ● Play multiple times to allow more students to participate . ● Audio : Go Stop Wait Listen ( to music ) Walk Lesson extension ideas : Freeze Dance : Have students stand up . Tell them, “Wait… . ” Then click Play on a song . 1 and tell them, “Go . ” Students should all start dancing . Stop the music and call out, “Stop ! ” Everyone must freeze . Optional : If someone moves, they sit down . Red Light, Green Light : Take students outside . Have them stand in a line all facing you . 2 about 10 - 20 meters away . Call out “green”, “yellow”, or “red”, alternating between them, and have students call back the matching “go”, “wait”, or “stop”, and act them out . When all the students reach you, the game is over . Teacher : Yellow, Students : Wait ! → Students wait for the next directions .
