Extension activity ideas : Whole - class or partner activity : Go around the room asking students, “What’s your . 1 name ? ” and have them answer, “I’m ___ . ” Students can also do this as a walkabout moving around the room asking different people ) or as a partner activity ( turning to ( the person next to them and asking, “What’s your name ? ” The partner answers with “I’m ____ . ” Then they switch roles . ) .
