23 My Way, Teacher's Guide Pairs work challenge : Students work with a partner to give clues ( “It is big . ” “There are four . ,” etc . ) . The partner can then guess which item is being described . The partners then switch roles . Exercises 2 - 4 : These are varied tasks to help with receptive and productive language . They are explained in each section of the Unit Guide . Chants These simple, rhythmic chants are a fun way to have students practice new vocabulary . The simple tap, clap, snap rhythm means that students are also able to insert their own word combinations into the chants, creating something new . Singing can sometimes be intimidating for teachers, and that is why we have included a recording of these chants to use to teach the students the chants . Have fun with it and your students will too ! Letters Whole - Class Digital Platform Review The alphabet appears on the screen with the new letter in the middle . The alphabet is shown in boxes at the bottom of the screen with letters previously learned in blue boxes and those not yet learned in gray . Review : Click on a letter that has already been taught and a picture will appear . Challenge students to name the image and the beginning sound .
